Trauma Surgery Nurse Practitioner

Job Description:

Works with Trauma Surgery and multidisciplinary health professionals in coordinating and delivering patient care and facilitating communication between the patient and family, various hospital departments, the Nursing Service and Medical Staff. Functions as a clinical expert in the Trauma Program from resuscitation through discharge and outpatient follow up.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: Must be a licensed Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner in AZ. 3 - 5 years of trauma related emergency and critical care clinical experience as a Registered Nurse required. Experience as a Nurse Practitioner within an emergency or critical care environment is preferred.

Licensure: Licensed Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner
